Exercise your rights
The regulations recognize the right to request access, rectification, deletion, portability of your personal data, as well as the limitation or right to oppose its treatment. You also have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection or any other competent control authority.
To exercise your rights, you must send a request accompanied by a copy of your national identity document, or another valid document that identifies you, by post or email to the data controller that is identified in the applicable privacy policy.
